Though the version number hasn't changed, this file corrects a bug in the install routine, and includes a Wallpaper Slide Show Feature.

PaperIt is an NDW wallpaper changer for Windows.  It allows your BMP files to be in any directory. It will change wallpaper randomly or in directory order. PaperIt will change your wallpaper upon entry into Windows or upon exit from windows. It also has an option which will change your wallpaper anytime, immediately.
